General Terms of Use and Sale (GTUS)

Using our services (website, API, AI platforms) implies full and complete acceptance of these terms in force at the date of consultation.

Packs: One-time payment services (e.g., Starter Pack) are due upon order (deposit) and delivery.

Subscriptions (SaaS/Maintenance): Subscriptions are monthly or annual, renewable by tacit agreement. Cancellation must be notified with 30 days' notice before the renewal date.

Our AI-based tools are aids for decision-making and production. Web Service (Morocco) does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of AI-generated content (text, images, code). The user remains responsible for the final validation of the generated deliverables.

Deliverables: Once full payment is made, the client holds the intellectual property of specific deliverables (design, specific content). Web Service (Morocco) retains ownership of its tools, reusable code libraries, and methodologies.

Web Service (Morocco)'s liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the relevant service over the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages or business losses.

Any payment delay beyond 30 days may result in the suspension of services (hosting, maintenance, API) until regularization.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Marrakech.
